"The driver didn't arrive at all and I had to call and pay for another taxi which got us to the train station with only a few minutes to find our train. Given that all 3 of us are disabled this was less than satisfactory and caused us a great deal of distress. I phoned your helpline number a few times only to be told that the driver was standing at the front door of the hotel. Given that I was standing at the only door to the hotel from 15 minutes before the taxi was due, I can categorically confirm that there was no taxi or taxi driver there. My son and his partner walked round the hotel a number of times to check if there was another entrance the driver could be at but there were no taxis in the vicinity. The hotel also confirmed that they have only one entrance and that's the one I was standing at. I've already requested a refund on the phone but I'll repeat that request here.
